New Industrial Plot Scheme – 2021

The Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority has launched an industrial plot scheme on May 25, 2021, offering industrial plots in sizes between 905 square meters to 4061.37 square meters in the industrial sector ECOTECH X and ECOTECH XI. Greater Noida Authority (GNIDA) Latest Plots Scheme

Industrialist who wants to buy the plots needs to fill up application form opening on 25/05/2021.

The closing date for the application is 30/06/2021. Non-refundable and non-adjustable processing fees are INR 17,700 (Including GST).

The tentative draw date of applications received each month will be on the 5th or the next working date of the forthcoming month.

The interview will not be conducted for the allotment of industrial plots up to 4000 square meters but those who want to buy plots larger than 4000 square meters will be interviewed.

There are two Sub-regional Centres in Surajpur and Kasna. Greater Noida is developing as the smartest and ultra-modern center in the National Capital Region.

Greater Noida is strategically located at the intersection of the Eastern and western freight corridor. Greater Noida is also the gateway of the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor.

 Greater Noida is well-connected to Delhi via a 25 Km long Expressway.

Greater Noida is connected to Agra through Yamuna Expressway. Eastern Peripheral is connecting Faridabad and Ghaziabad.
