Slick Aberfeldie ‘party house’ with rooftop bar hits the market

No. 102 Fawkner St, Aberfeldie, is striking from the front.

A four-level Aberfeldie “party house” with a rooftop bar, indoor pool and spa, sauna and home office will have its buyers never wanting to leave home.

The five-bedroom, five-bathroom pad beside the Maribyrnong River at 102 Fawkner St is on the private sale market for $3.4m-$3.6m.

Barry Plant Essendon agent Walter Mahch said the five-month-old property was constructed by the builder who was now selling it.

“It’s two doors away from Maribyrnong River and it’s got a city view as well,” he said.

“You can swim in the pool 12 months a year because it’s an indoor pool and it’s got all natural stone throughout, Miele appliances, it’s got a lift to all four levels and the fourth level is a rooftop terrace with a bar room and an outdoor area for parties — it’s a party house.”

Mr Mahch said the property was not impacted by recent flooding of the river.

Bold design choices are on show throughout the home.

Better than a lot of actual offices.

A four-car garage has a turntable, the kitchen has integrated fridge, freezer and coffee machine, and the bold design evident in the facade continues throughout the home.

Cricketer Aaron Finch sold his Aberfeldie home at 38 Brunel St for $4.004m mid-year, and fellow cricketer Glenn Maxwell just sold his at 37 Beaver St for $2.85m.

Space for gym equipment next to the sauna.

Relax in the pool and spa.
